Joshua Cubista MsC
Joshua is an international experiential designer, facilitator and strategist focusing on personal, social, and systemic leadership capacity building. He is the author Prototyping Our Future: Social Labs For A Sustainable, Regenerative & Thriving Future and a co-author of the Global Education Futures Report: Educational Ecosystems For Societal Transformation. Joshua is the founder of Evolution Lab, a design atelier offering experiential and experimental prototyping and systemic innovation processes for organizations, communities and multi-stakeholder groups. Additionally, Joshua designed and teaches the Permaculture For Systemic Change course at Prescott College, and is a Global Collaborator with Global Education Futures and Protopia Labs. Joshua’s work unites human potential, collaborative leadership, and Social Lab approaches to co-creating optimal responses to the complex opportunities and challenges of the 21st century.
Through his work Joshua designs and facilitates a wide range of projects, trainings, events, and educational programs including university courses, leadership and human potential trainings, conferences, celebrations, purpose driven organizational change and sustainable community development projects. Joshua holds a MSc. in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from BTH in Sweden, a B.A. in Sustainable Community Development and Integral Psychology from Prescott College, is a Global Sustainability Fellow with The Sustainability Laboratory NYC, and a fellow with the Institute For Sustainable Social Change at Prescott College.
As a global citizen Joshua has lived and worked in 30+ countries including Japan, Canada, U.S.A, Europe, Mexico, China, and Kazakhstan, including diverse Eco-villages and Human Potential Education centers. Drawing upon a background in fields such as Experiential Design and Facilitation, Creative Arts, Strategic Action, Sustainability, Leadership Development, Behavior Physiology, Linguistics, Wilderness Emersion, Permaculture, and Systems thinking/dynamics, Joshua has dedicated his life's work to exploring and putting into practice the highest leverage modalities for co-creating regenerative and thriving futures.
